How's It Work?

At your first session, your trainer will conduct a functional assessment and map out a plan to get you to your goals. We track your workouts and your progress and continually modify and grow your program to keep you moving forward, challenged, and having fun. 

Simply and easily. When you call, text, or email us, you can book your first appointment right away. Or we can set up a time to meet at the studio (no cost, no pressure) so you can check out the space, we can talk about your goals and health concerns, and we can answer any questions you have.

It's as simple as that. We won't pressure you to make a commitment, we won't ask for money or your first-born child. We'll just talk, let you know what we can do for you, what the sessions will be like, what you can expect. Then, if you like the sounds of things, we'll talk about setting up your first session.
