Phill is certified by ACE, and is a member of ACSM and NSCA. He uses all those letters to help people take preventative, rather than reactive, health measures. He's working on his BS in Kinesiology from URI so he understands how to keep you healthy, strong, and injury-resistant. When asked if he had anything profound he wanted you to know he said, "Fitness is a commitment, and an investment of sorts, that can be richly rewarding and satisfying on many levels." Pretty good.
Phill's easy-going, but diligent. He succeeds in inspiring his clients not just during their sessions but in their everyday lives. He's an avid (and very good) photographer, and is interested in creative writing and philosophy. Phill "...want[s] your time spent in the studio to be the best part of your day." His many happy clients can attest that it is.
