You know it's not enough to work hard--you have to work smart. Pat uses "Person-Specific" program design to take the "dumb" out of your exercise routine. The rigorous scientific analysis of his program design enables Pat to optimize results for the elite-level athlete and the desk-jockey alike. You'll be stronger, more injury-resistant, more energetic, and functioning better in every area of your life.

Pat's mastery of the scientific rationale behind different exercise protocols, and his ability to educate you about them, make him more than just a trainer, they make him a functional-movement and "pre-hab" specialist. (At least his B.A. in chemistry from Wake Forest, NASM Personal Trainer Certification, and PHI Mat I Pilates Instructor Certification aren't going to waste.) Pat has been a Method Fitness trainer since mid-2010.

Pat enjoys running, kick-boxing, and taekwondo. He's interested in literature and politics... and remote controlled airplanes (you knew there had to be an inner geek there somewhere).

“...extremely knowledgeable about the body, current and traditional training techniques and how to get results.” - John B.
