Kyle is motivated by his desire to have a positive impact on people’s lives--that and a secret sadistic streak (get him talking about his young daughter if you want to soften him up). His laid-back style will put you at ease, but don't let that fool you: his focus on your results is unwavering. Kyle's been a Method Fitness trainer since 2004. His history of results, and positive influence on peoples' lives speaks for itself.
Kyle is certified by ISSA, and continually expands his knowledge of kinesiology, biomechanics, nutrition, flexibility, and strength development, keeping up with all the latest research--he's relentless in his pursuit of knowledge. And his experience working with clients of virtually every fitness level means he'll understand you and your goals; and his positive attitude will make fitness something you'll look forward to.
