"Adaptation and progress through proven techniques" is the guiding philosophy Caleb employs to help his clients reach their goals, feel great, and have a great time in the process. Having trained all kinds of clients in New York City, Portland, and Providence, Caleb knows what works and what's just the latest flash-in-the-pan fad--he'll make sure you don't waste your time.
Caleb is ACSM certified, an IDEA member, and has a BA in Psychology from Syracuse University--so, in addition to his vast knowledge base in exercise science, he also understands motivation, support, and the psychology of fitness. He was a three-season varsity athlete in high school and retains his love of sport, playing soccer, tennis, and basketball whenever he can. Caleb has been a Method Fitness trainer since mid-2010.
Caleb's calm, cool, confidence will put you at ease right away. And then he'll proceed to kick your butt. Have fun!
