Mike is certified by ISSA and is a two-time NPC bodybuilding competitor and, yes, is a big dude--but wait! he also graduated Pre-med from PC, has a BA in Marketing, and is passionate about architecture and design. Complex dude. And that complexity extends to his training style. He'll keep you guessing, growing, and having a great time by throwing a wide array of effective and practical training techniques at you. Mike's also one of our Boot Camp and Doggie Boot Camp instructors (wait'll you see his St. Bernard Dakota).

Mike's a blast to work with--if he can't make you laugh there's something wrong with you. But he's not kidding around when it comes to results. So get ready to work!
