Jason's vast and varied personal training experience includes clients aged 14 to 70, pre- and post-pregnancy clients, triathletes, high school athletes, and much more. Jason has an intensely athletic background, playing volleyball at the Junior Olympic level in high school, and Division I in college. But he also has a deep understanding of the goals and concerns of people just starting out in fitness. There's no intimidation factor with this guy--he's smart, nice, and attentive to where you're coming from. He'll design a program that's safe, effective, and fun to help you reach your goals as quickly as possible.

Jason is an NSCA member. He plays volleyball, golf, and basketball, and has a BA in Education. Jason's training philosophy is one of "better living through fitness." He says, "The fusion of strength, endurance and proper nutrition are key to longevity." And, as a father in his mid-thirties, he knows a bit about the value of endurance and energy. Jason has been a Method Fitness trainer since mid-2009.
