We don't offer Boot Camp class at the Eastside location at this time. Come to the Wednesday night, and Saturday morning class at Method West!

Fitness Boot Camp is a high-energy, dynamic, one-hour, strength and conditioning class that’ll charge you up, change your body, and give you a reason to live!
Burns off the fat twice as fast as running; builds a toned, athletic physique. Innovative, highly functional conditioning techniques make it fun, exciting, and a serious endorphin rush. Yeah, it's going to be one of those love/hate things. Check out a class this week--it's great whether you're a beginner or hard-core.
