Boot Camp
No more Saturday, outdoor Boot Camp this season, but we'll resume in the Spring. Come to the Wednesday night, and Saturday morning class at Method West!

Fitness Boot Camp is a high-energy, dynamic, one-hour, strength and conditioning class that’ll charge you up, change your body, and give you a reason to live!
Burns off the fat twice as fast as running; builds a toned, athletic physique. Innovative, highly functional conditioning techniques make it fun, exciting, and a serious endorphin rush. Yeah, it's going to be one of those love/hate things. Check out a class this week--it's great whether you're a beginner or hard-core.
Method East Boot Camp is every Saturday morning at 8:00, East Side, and open to everyone. Classes are $15/visit, or $120 for 10 visits. This class is held outdoors (weather permitting) and the location wil change regularly. So always check here for the week's location! Also, we can only accept cash or check for this class.
