Nigel is a walking testament to the life-changing and positive effects of a healthy, active lifestyle. Through a devotion to fitness and healthful eating he is, at 33, healthier, happier, and even more bad-ass than he was at 19.
Nigel values working with clients of all shapes and sizes, and all levels of experience. He approaches his work with a perpetual curiosity, constantly expanding the scope of his expertise to find the most challenging, relevant, and effective workouts to maximize your results.
Nigel is an ACE certified personal trainer, a graduate of University of Rhode Island with a degree in communications, an IDEA member, and an Appalachian Mountain Club member (White Mountains of NH being one of his favorite hikes). He is a big fan of metabolic resistance training, sprint workouts (especially if they involve hills and/or the beach), impromptu workouts in unconventional settings (e.g. deadlifting his partner's shoe-laden luggage in their hotel room), and surmounting any kind of physical challenge that comes his way. When Nigel is not at Method, he can be found tossing off arcane pop cultural factoids, pretending he doesn't love professional wrestling, or adding to his collection of meticulously-fitting ironic t-shirts.
