Jack brings energy, enthusiasm, and genuine eagerness to help people of all ages and all abilities be their best. Jack majored in Sports Biology with a Nutrition minor at Springfield College, he’s an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and he played football in high school and college. His education helps him understand exercise and nutrition at a molecular level, and his sports and fitness experience give him the skills to help you achieve your goals—whether you’re a brand new beginner or an elite-level athlete, Jack has done it all.
Jack’s clients always comment on how comfortable they feel working with him and how seriously he takes their needs and interests, and they enjoy the freshness he brings to each workout so they never get bored. He still loves football and bodybuilding, but he also enjoys reading and history in his down time. You’ll be in good hands with Jack.
