Adam overcame being overweight as a child, and now he's a paragon of fitness and good health--so he knows first-hand how transformative it is when you take charge of your health and fitness. Now he's out to show you how you too can overcome any challenges. While he was getting his BA in English at Hartwick College, Adam started helping people just like you to feel better, look better, and get charged-up about fitness.
He's an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer and stays on top of all the latest trends. But he also knows that some of the most effective techniques are the simplest and time-tested ones. Adam's singular focus on you and your goals, his broad range of techniques, and his quietly engaging personality will make your workout "fun and functional, and tailored to your individual needs and interests." He also strongly believes in advancing sustainable and realistic exercise programs so clients can maintain an overall balance in life.
Adam lives, breathes, and eats fitness. Hobbies? Oh, just running stadium stairs, playground workouts, wind-sprints. On the more mellow side, he likes outings with his dogs, and waiting for sneaker releases with his son and their endless discussions about anything having to do with kicks—a near obsession for them.
Adam has been a Method Fitness trainer since mid-2009.
